On Wednesday nights, Rhett and I stay home and let Annie and Daddy represent the Watsons at church. Church at 7:00 p.m. is extremely too late for little people who go to bed between 7:00 and 7:30. Our routine is a bath after dinner and a little playtime before hitting the crib for the night. This time of the day is actually his happiest, so it's hard for me to cut it short and make him go to bed. But I have to in order to keep up his good bedtime habits. I recently discovered that I like this train. I even took it to the dentist office and drove it around the lobby while Annie was getting her checkup.
This is still one of my FAVORITE toys. My friend Emery Kate let me borrow it until I learned how to walk. ( Don't tell her I learned how to walk 4 months ago!)
This giraffe was a present to Annie from Santa on her first Christmas. It makes a funny monster-y sound now instead of cute music, but I still think it serves its purpose!
