Better than the Presents...

...was the cleanup after Christmas. An hour or more was spent of Annie and Rhett getting in and out of the boxes that hold our Christmas decorations. I love it.

Here's what I mean....

...when I say I don't know who had more fun, the adults or kids. (Annie and Daddy being pulled behind the Mule at the Country Club).

Nate 's first attempt at going down the hill on his feet. Then he got pretty good, but his knee was feeling that fall later on that night and the next day.

(Bottom pic) The guys working on ramps for different tracks. Serious business...
We had fun with our friends-we love you guys!!! Get your sleds ordered for next year!!!

Snow Day(s)!

I can't help but love a good snow! Even if it means adding on days to the end of the school year, we have had the BEST weekend! I have never seen a blizzard until Friday when we got around 8 inches of snow. We went out every day, and just like our last snow, I don't know who had more fun...the adults or the kids!
Annie, pausing for a shot after sledding down the levy...
Annie and Ben not making it too good...

Ice, ice babies...

Snow Angel...

READ MY QUIVERING LIPS...I HATE THIS!

We're BAAACK!

Hey, peeps! Have you forgotten about us? I actually haven't been here in so long that it took me three tries to even get onto our blog! Isn't that awful? Anyway, I will try to do better again, but you know how I am. :) Here's a little bit of Christmas past...
Christmas morning and playing nice for just one minute...
Rhett's new red tricycle which Annie rides so much, he looks at it and says "Annie's..."

Annie's new scooter which has only had one test ride outside; it's much better to ride around the house.

Yet another riding toy, but this one's motorized...the box said it got up to speeds of 2 mph! He's faster than that off the four-wheeler!

Annie and Nanna making cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve..check out Annie's bruise on her cheek that she got at the "library" (Barnes & Noble) at the mall. And what kind of face is that?
